Hello! They should show up in the Dashboard. Let me look at the request ID you provided...
Ah, so that request is to create a Payment Method Domain on a connected account. That Payment Method Domain will show up in your Dashboard only if you're viewing your Dashboard as that connected account.
When you say you "switched to that account" what do you mean exactly? You used the account switcher in the top left corner or you went to your list of connected accounts, found that account, then viewed the dashboard as that account?
I'm convinced that they're the same account/pool of PMDs, by creating one PMD from the dashboard itself. When I use the API to list the PMDs, this one is returned
yes, that's what I mean
Sorry, I don't understand. Which of the two approaches did you use? They're completely different.
ah the first one
You used the account switcher in the top left corner
Ah, yeah, that approach won't work. As the platform, you need to use the second approach I described.
I just tried but maybe I did it wrong.
The closest I found was:
- go to settings -> accounts. Click on the ellipsis.
- Copy URL. Open in another tab
Ah, no. Go here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/overview
You should see a list of your connected accounts there.
Click on the one we're talking about.
Connect is not available for this account.
Then, in the top right corner, press the â˘â˘â˘ button and select the View dashboard as this account option.
You need to be logged in to your platform account to do this.
Not the connected account.
ah. I have now used the Account switcher to select a different account which shows connected accounts....
The other (new) account is not listed :/
You need to switch to the platform account you used to make the API request you mentioned in your original question.
