Hmm I'm not seeing a values.xml as part of stripe-android. Did that file exist before stripe-android was added?

lofty pagoda
#

Yes, the image below shows the files before the implementation 'com.stripe:stripe-android:21.4.2'

wind urchin
#

If you remove stripe-android again does the warning go away? Trying to look up what might be conflicting here

lofty pagoda
#

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in getting back to you

#

Yes, removing the stripe-android dependency I'm able to run the app normally

#

Gotcha. If you open values.xml, is it immediately obvious where the formatting error is?

lofty pagoda
#

I forgot to mention that the app already uses stripecardscan v21.0.0 normally

#

One sec

#

Is not obvious for me where the formatting error is located

#

Actually I undestood to be related to the file path

net.company.appname.app-mergeDevResources-125 -> : <- /values/values.xml

#

But I can share with you the values.xml

Oh I'm so sorry, I've to leave by now, I will be able to contact you again tomorrow morning?

#

I take a look in that post but I didn't find any solution for the error on the app i'm working

wind urchin
#

Yeah you can message us here, this thread will be closed but we will have someone on. Alternatively we can create a ticket now and I can try to find a colleague who knows more about Android to take a look
