Hello! The guide you linked to is not public, so we won't be able to help you with this issue on Discord. You need to reach out to either the person who granted you access to this private functionality or Stripe support for help: https://support.stripe.com/contact
I can see that page just fine, that's not the issue. The issue is that that's a private, non-public feature, and we can't help with private stuff on Discord. This is a public server.
In fact, I'm going to go ahead and delete your last message, because you're sharing non-public information in that screenshot.
