A single user can create multiple Express accounts, yes. That will allow you to link a single vendor to multiple bank account.

Oh wait. sorry that is for stand-alone Stripe accounts. For Express Accounts, they should use a different email.

these are 2 different income a vendor can have on a platform.

I looking for other options.
We have vendors with 1 email on our platform. How can we have the vendor connect to our platform that satisfies his payment needs.
Apparently, Express will not solve the requirements

You can create Custom accounts (where you manage everything for the Account) and you can create multiple accounts wit the same email. But there is no access to the Stripe dashboard so you would need to build/maintain all that functionality
