I need my top-ups to be done on the card balance. It is being deposited to bank_account.
How do you find out the this specific top up is deposited to thebank_account?
Our bank_account balance was empty before the top up and when the top op was available, it appeared on that balance. (We mainly use card one)
As we cannot transfer from bank_account to card, we do payouts and top ups to rebalance our balance and keep our card balance healthy.

From our side, it showed that the balance was deposited to the card balance
By default, the top up will go to the card balance

Out of the balance going to the wrong balance, nope.
I did a tracker to watch our balance. This was our balance, before I cleaned bank_account balance and the top up
And this is when the top up landed
When we initiate top ups from the dashboard they went to the card balance. But from the API they are going to bank account.
What was the timestamp of the first and second screenshots in UTC?
The top up was only successful on 2025-02-11 12:00 UTC

I also notice that the differences in the amount on ACH in these two screenshots were $3054.88 - $498.65 = $2556.23, but the top up amount was $4888.02

Yes, my assumption was like that because we should not have too much movement on bank account.
But... looking at the balance movements, you are right, the card balance got the funds.
I can see the top up on the card one between 2025-02-11 12:15:04.308244
and 2025-02-11 12:00:05.598583
(we check our balance every 15 minutes)
(we also do payouts before/after cutoffs)
