Hi there. Happy to have a look. Are you trying to add a bank account to your Stripe account or is this a customer trying to add their bank account as a payment method?

We are a treasury product so trying to add a bank account to the stripe account for funding of it

all of this has been working in the past but every bank account of mine I try I am having an issue with and we're getting some user reports as well

though the two can be separate issues haha it is kind of hard to pinpoint it

On my end I enter the 2FA code and it loads for a second then returns me to the 2FA screen without any error message or anything

And you mention you've experienced this with multiple bank accounts? How many? Over what time frame?

It's just been today so far. I've tried to sign into 2 different ones myself and I have a user reporting issues too (though it might be unrelated it's kinda hard to tell)

the thing that's getting me is I was able to sign into at least one of these accounts last night via financial connections so I am wondering if there may be something up on your guys end (i've changed nothing on our prod environment so I know it's not a bug on my end rn)

Yeah, I think the next step here is to open a support ticket. We'll ultimately need to ask our product team to have a look at what's going wrong.

Do you have a department specific email I could reach them at? I have one for treasury and issuing but not for financial connections. It is such a pain to get sifted to the right team for the integration's we have
