Yes the invoice upcoming webhook event can be set to happen X days before an invoice is created
You set this in your dashboard

In your Settings/Billing on the first tab "Subscriptions and emails"
It's the first setting under the "Prevent failed payments" section
Here is where you can set it
You can only configure it to use the options we provide in that menu though.

Correct. It doesn't actually exist

so , i cannot change the X days based on the plan type, its just set globally for all subscription
