I can see the Apple Pay button in Safari in those 2 tabs, so it might be something with your setup. Do you have a real card added to your Apple Pay wallet?

That's the same thing as adding a card in the apple account, right?

If so, it means you either don't use a compatible browser, or don't have a card saved in your Apple Wallet.

So in mac there are two things in the settings

#

The 1st one is when you open setting and tap your account, you can add the payment under the "Payment & Shipping"

#

The 2nd one is there is "Wallet" menu

Which one should I add the card into?

I have add them in the 1st one, under the Payment & Shipping inside the account

When I tried to add the card from the 2nd option, which is the Wallet menu, it said this:

Add Cards to Wallet
To add cards, keys, tickets, and passes to Wallet, look for the Add to Wallet button in apps, emails, and websites.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you are in indonesia, you can't use Apple Pay.

if you are in indonesia, you cannot test Apple Pay no. you'll need to ask someone in a region where Apple Pay is supported to test your website.
