Hey apologies that I initially missed this thread.
Can you send me the ID of an event that you are seeing this with? evt_1234
One thing that immediately comes to mind is that metadata isn't automatically copied between most objects, so unless metadata is being set directly on the object from this event, it may be expected behavior that it is not showing up in this event.

I tried from shopify a script in which it takes the email of the user registered on shopify, if I go to the safari console you see the email field, instead if I go to see on the verification it does not appear. I can't understand why

Hard to say what might be happening without seeing a specific event and the related object. What event type are you looking at here?

If I do an identity check it gives me a positive event of course. It's a lack within the settings. I don't see that form. You never understood to do a trigger on zapier with stripe?
