We don't have any official Angular libraries/components. There's third-party libs, as you've found, that wrap Stripe.js and are well maintained (last I checked)
Unclear if those libs support the embedded Connect components though

the ngx-stripe library does not support Stripe Connect (from what I have seen)

Did you try just using the vanilla JS Connect.js stuff or making your own Angular wrapper?
