Thanks for the response. I am able to connect just fine. What I cannot do is check if the Apple ID already when through the process described in the link you provided. We were advised by Apple to use an API for this test.

The Stripe SDK handles it automatically for you, the SDk will prompt the terms and conditions the first time when

A Connect user creates direct charges
A Connect user creates a destination charge and specifies an on_behalf_of account
