Hello there
Unfortunately there is no customization yet with Saved Payment Methods.
I'm happy to submit feedback internally about this. But right now you can't change the display as far as I know (I'm double checking just to be 100% sure)
Hi @ancient kraken , thank you for helping.
To make sure I read the correct documentation, this customer session API is the only way to configure/customize how saved payment methods would be displayed in Payment Element, right? https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_sessions/create#create_customer_session-components-payment_element-features
Yep that's correct.
OK so yeah, if you can help double check, that'd be amazing!
Yeah I just looked and confirmed there isn't any customization available right now. I'll submit a feature request for the things you noted though and hopefully we can provide more customization in the future!
Just curious, is customizing saved payment method on the road map? Or it'll probably go through prioritization and everything?
I'm not sure about the specific road map around that, sorry.
So just can't say one way or another.
If this is important for you I'd recommend building your own component to display saved payment methods.
I can't guarantee this is going to be built.
OK no problem. But we can know the above linked API doc is everything we can customize saved payment methods in Payment Element as of now.
Yes that's correct.
OK great! Thank you for your help! Appreciated it!
Sure thing!
