you have 3 separate webhook endpoints one for test mode
we_1Qnj3kP7mRUqpFzxPdQGHxh3
and 2 for livemode
we_1QpoX4P7mRUqpFzxC9JsKO9B and we_1QWeo6P7mRUqpFzx7nsCcodd

each one can have a distinguished URL or the 3 can have the same URL

it's really up to you to change the URL as you see fit

we don't actually create automatically a webhook endpoint in livemode if you create one in test mode

ahh ok so if i change the url for payment.attached one in prodcution it should not change in test?

Thats perfect it is working. Not sure why i got so confused. But yeah i changed it to the prod url and it stayed the same in test.
