Hi there. Are you asking why 3DS is being required on certain payments? Do you have an example PaymentIntent id?

Hi @visual hinge, no the 3DS are triggered by our Radar rule for all users but some of them after our new implementation can't pay our fees when we checked PI are in incomplete ( requires_payment_method) and the 3DS failed (the customers approuve correctly their 3DS and are redirected to the APP) and we found payment_intent_authentication_failure in the details of the PI.

I'm stepping in to assist here.

What do you mean by "some of them after our new implementation can't pay our fees"? Do you mean your customers cannot complete the flow to confirm the payment intent?

Do you have the ID for an example Payment Intent where this occurred so I can look into it?
