The only way you can get notifications from the Address Element is through the onChange event. Unfortunately, I don't think we expose that level of detail in that event.
What is the use-case for tracking suggested vs manual address inputs?

There are some EU countries that stripe doesn't support autocomplete yet, so our data team would like to know how supported countries interacts with suggestion element.

Gotcha. As I said, I don't think that is supported currently. But I can file a feature request to let the team know it's a feature you are interested in.

Sorry, again I don't think we expose that level of detail. For the LAE we don't expose any events to listen for at all.

it would be great to file that as a request too - data team also want's to understand how many Link users decides to checkout as NON link...
