Yes you should be able to handle that with a single Subscription assuming that the interval is the same.

You would just use different Prices/Products with different Meters here where you track this usage.

Best thing to do really is test this stuff out in test mode following our Usage Based Billing guide (https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/usage-based) and using Test Clocks: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/testing/test-clocks

I actually think you could just use one Meter here with different Event names
