According to the documentation, the result field should be populated when status is "succeeded", but this isn't happening in my case.
Can you link the doc you're referring to? For reference, we don't know a whole lot about the reporting api in here.
I do see you're on a really old api version: 2018-09-24. Can you try retrieving the report with the latest? https://docs.stripe.com/sdks/set-version

Not 100% that's the issue, but recommend trying
If that's not it, I think you'll need to write in to support: https://support.stripe.com/contact . Just because we don't know much about reporting in here
