Hm, making sure I'm seeing this correctly. It looks like prorations were only calculated for two of the Subscription items, and they're both ones where you added a Price as a new Subscription Item during the update request. Does that all sound right? I'm just building my context on your scenario and making sure I'm reading everything correctly.
