Hi! documents.proof_of_registration.files is required when The business is found in the registry, but the director information doesn’t match. (https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information#CA--additional-information-on-directors). So you can try using mismatch_director (https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing#test-directorship-verification).

I am not to sure regarding the second one. Proof of liveness is required when Stripe can’t verify the representative. I would suggest using the test data here https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing to fail the representative identity verification.

Just looking back at your first reply, you had mentioned using the mismatch_director - you'll see in the "What have you already attempted?" that I have, well, already attempted that
Do you know if there is a delay in triggering the verification?

There may be but I can't be too sure. The document mentions The verification errors can trigger if multiple directors on the Account object use these magic tokens. Have you tried with multiple directors?
