So the specific issue is that the report does not have a url when you expect it to?
Does that populate some time after the event, or does it remain missing when you expect it to be populated?

In the workflow we set up it works pretty much every time. We only found 3 users that had this issue but still we would like to understand why it is happening. I can confirm that for these users the issue remains for months
