So the tax reversal isn't automatically created here. This is discussed in the docs at https://docs.stripe.com/tax/custom?lang=node#reversals but basically you need to initiate the reversal for your records.

Ah yes that's correct -- that's a different version of the custom tax flow that is being implemented. So yes, you will need to work with the beta team directly on that.
