https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/radar/rule-details?ruleId=ssr_1QoNKKGdzAdWKmV3AWO9FOG3&startDate=2025-02-03&endDate=2025-02-03
this is the radar rule that we are trying to test.
Hi
Can you share a working requestId sample ?
let me check
Yes please, trying to help here while my team don't know much about Radar here unfortunately.
"req_PYlVP1i12CA5fS"
https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/customers/cus_Rgf3icZUtbErhE this is successful test customer.
Between, these two requests are made from two different acocunts
yes different accounts.
we are moving from "test mode" account to Stripe sandbox.
so it was working fine on "acct_1KTrA0GXtcqHgDW8" this account's test mode.
Can you share the rule you had on this account ?
Thank you for providing these details. I think you need to reach out to Stripe Support as they know better Radar. Here we have very limited knowledge on that topic
but it is on sandbox / test mode. No production error.
can you reroute to someone else maybe?
Actually, my team have very limited knowledge on Radar regardless if it's a test/live mode issue.
okay. Thank you very much.
