no Stripe won't generate Invoices for this.

and i can't also create an invoice for it.
just for clarity, you know there is way i can create an invoice with the invoice API

you could create an Invoice with the API: https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/integration
but I don't think that would work for your use case. would be better if you created the Invoice on your end directly
