Hi, I recommend that you write in to our support team. I believe the email said 'in the past 6 months' if I'm not mistaken. Likely, you've migrated away within the last 6 months.

I'm not sure we have because we're still seeing these errors and "source" type payments

and im not sure what do besides the steps we've already taken

we asked for an extension and tried some more steps recommended by stripe

#

but it didn't seem to resolve this issue

we aren't using stripe Source API explicitly anywhere in our code or portal settings

we want to ensure there is no billing impact after today- hence the urgency; please advice
