So you're saying it doesn't appear on the Customer cash balance?

Yes it doesn't

So far it appeared successfully.
And did not recived old event.

But form today onwards I am reciveing old source transaction recived event and no money in the cash balance transaction.

Yes, it's possible that some customer sent money to the old account. Perhaps you could refund it and ask them to send it to the new account?

The reason I am looking for a answer as soon as possible because,

If we dont charge correctly we will automatically send out letters for customers saying outstanding amount. (Dunning)
So I dont want to make unnecessary issues.
