It seems like you are trying to make a debit on from a Connect Account to a Platform Account, right ?

I see, for some reason the debit was disabled for that account

Its a test account. Do I need to contact support for the test mode?

Also the 'account' means platform account or connected account?

I already have an account, which I was charging till yesterday it worked fine. Suddenly I am unable to charge these test accounts

Also I can see only Debit negative balances is turned off in connected account

Yes exactly, it seems that yesterday that ability was disabled (even in test mode)

Account debit is quiet particular feature and it works only for very specific use cases (for example not cross border..)

cross border with on_behalf_of also won't work?

I'm not sure hoenestly but for that particular use case the debit capability was disabled since yesterday
