Hi there, the $5 is the credit balance for customer cus_QdUw9r0Mlf4ARe
https://dashboard.stripe.com/customers/cus_QdUw9r0Mlf4ARe/balance_transactions you can visit this page to view the credit balance history for this customer
https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_dgJh6vo5JPe2iA so you created a $10 debit from Dashboard on 2 Dec 2024
https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_98DXQxc5822Jee and later created a $5 credit
Therefore the customer has a $5 debit in their credit balance, which will be automatically added to their upcoming invoice.
And when you voided the invoice, the $5 debit would go back to the credit balance, and added again to the next upcoming invoice.
so is there a way to remove this or adjust this?
Sure, you can just credit a $5 to the credit balance, like how you did in https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_98DXQxc5822Jee
