There's a new feature that will allow you to dynamically calculate shipping options on embedded checkout: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/checkout/custom-shipping-options?payment-ui=embedded-form
Embedded Checkout has rich functionality as Checkout, but is embedded on your own page like Payment Element. It's sort of a middle option between the two: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=embedded-form

I am very sceptical about using a private beta feature in production again. I tried that with your "Embedded Cart" which was removed or scrapped by Stripe during its beta run.
Embedded checkout might be an option, but i will have to take a look at both and discuss a bit with my team. Thanks for the suggestions and for bringing some more options to light.
