hello, on that device can you go to this page and see if Google Pay is showing up on this payment element? https://4242.io/test/payment-element/
A common reason for GPay to show up in one place but not the payment element is that the PE requires at least one card to be saved to your wallet, wheras some other surfaces can show the payment method even if nothing is saved yet
Hi, taking over as my teammates has to step away
What does 'with the Test Card' mean here?
You're asking why GooglePay is not showing on your test environment?
Do you have a valid real card added to your browser's wallet?
Not a test card
Are not those Stripe test cards, https://docs.stripe.com/testing?testing-method=card-numbers&payment-method=others#cards?
We document this here: https://docs.stripe.com/google-pay?platform=web#test-google-pay
This is with testEnv set to false. This should happen when it’s set to true so we can test using stripe test cards
By the way this works on iOS
After following the documentation
No, you need to a live/ real card to yoru wallet. When you use your GooglePay with your test API key, we swap your real card numbers with a test 4242 card automatically.
Please review this section: https://docs.stripe.com/google-pay?platform=web#test-google-pay
