You can create invoices and mark them as paid out of band (outside of Stripe) if that is appropriate but unfortunately otherwise I don't think we have a way to represent just those tax amounts.

ok, and can we have 2 invoices generated for the same bill at once? or its just one paid out of band

Just one invoice per payment, these would be invoices that you create separately
