this is a bit more complex to troubleshoot over discord. I will send you a link to create a case that goes directly to my team to troubleshoot it. Please include the following:
1- a repo with a minimalistic version of your app where the issue can be reproduced
2- how are you testing it? device info (os version, model, etc)?
3- steps to reproduce
4- error logs if you can see any
