No you can't get a Charge Id from a product Id directly
You need to build that mapping in your integration

You need to track the mapping from Checkout Session -> Product and Checkout Session -> PaymentIntent-> Charge
You can't get a product Id from a Charge Id. You can only get a Charge Id from a Checkout Session id and Product Id from a Checkout Id
