I'm getting type "service" when expanding a price.product from an invoice, but its a subscription

#

Hi, what is your use case here? What are you really trying to achieve?

hollow frost
#

I want to get the sub.id and the general type (sub) from an invoice event.

rain scroll
#

You can get that details under lines.data. subscription

#

If you have an example invoiceinvoice.paidevent, I can show you where that lives

#

This is the one

#

subscription is null

#

But it's a sub

rain scroll
#

So look under lines> data> subscription

#

I see "subscription": "sub_1Qk7lkHFUFRS6hPEPGa34sUM",

#

Can you control F on the event and work backwards?

hollow frost
#

U go the wrong evt

#

I changed it

#

The first was the wrong one

hollow frost
#

Yeah

#

Sry

rain scroll
#

No problem, looking

hollow frost
#

Ty ๐Ÿ™

rain scroll
#

Why would you expext a subscription?

hollow frost
#

Because the line items listed a subscription

#

2,99โ‚ฌ

#

Is a sub

rain scroll
#

Fruther looking

hollow frost
#

Thank you

rain scroll
#

Like you would need to create a subscription and pass a recurring price to get a subscription id

#

The above just lookes like you've created one time items and created an invoice on your Dashboard

hollow frost
#

So it's only because of my manual invoice creation?

rain scroll
#

Yes, and that you did not create a subscription

hollow frost
#

Okay, i will debug some things, until then we can close this

#

Thank you vm

Have a nice day :))))
