Hi there! Are you saying that you want to essentially postpone the next Invoice on sub_1QkrpKDLkyBvca6oQxZihIwu by 10 days?
yes!
I think you're looking for something like adding a free trial to change the billing cycle. We document how that works here: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/billing-cycle#changing
Could you have a look and see if that will work for you?
ok
I think something is working, but how can I get the next date on which the subscription will charge?
now I use:
const upcomingInvoice = await stripe.invoices.retrieveUpcoming({
subscription: subscriptionId,
});
const nextPaymentAttempt = upcomingInvoice.next_payment_attempt
? dayjs.unix(upcomingInvoice.next_payment_attempt).toDate()
: null;
You can do that, or alternatively you can look at the current_period_end parameter on the Subscription, depending on the level of detail you need. https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/object#subscription_object-current_period_end
ok thanks ๐
