hello! it's not possible to control what fields the Stripe Connect hosted onboarding form will show or collect, Stripe determines the required fields based off the regulatory requirements and what capabilities you're requesting for the connected account.
Hi Alex, it is the DAC7 (https://taxation-customs.ec.europa.eu/taxation/tax-transparency-cooperation/administrative-co-operation-and-mutual-assistance/dac7_en) that we need to collect information for. Is it possible for me to access the information in the KYC provided by the user? For example, the org.nr is partially masked. Can I via API for example collect that information?
You'll need to reach out to to Stripe Support : https://support.stripe.com/contact to see if it's possible to retrieve KYC information. It'll be best to be specific about the exact data / fields you need to see. There might be some beta feature that is available
