If the Connected Accounts were created in the wrong country. You'll need to:

  1. Test out the revised flow and ensure it allows your users to select their country within the onboarding flow.
  2. Create new Connected Accounts for the impacted users and have them complete the onboarding process again.

Any time! Yup, as far as I'm aware, that's the only way to handle this.
