This usually means that webhook secret is incorrect

Have you checked whether the Webhook secret in your code is the same as the one in the Dashboard?

Yes. Also it is happening for a perticular user only.

If the code works for other users, then the issue is with the secret key, not the code itself. I'd recommend double checking if there is any leading or trailing space / characters in the secret that the user entered
