for a bit more context, we just need to show on the invoice that someone is using the teams feature regardless of product. As on team, they are billed for all the team users. Ideally we would add a line item for team members with a quantity showing the team members billed for, but £0.

I saw this, but I don't really understand. Do you have an existing invoice you want to edit? or are you talking about brand new invoices?

OK i shall rephrase. Our current product setup for our customers is split between Standard and Team. The product and prices are identical. The only reason we have the split is so we could differentiate our end who was on a team and who was on standard. For a customer, their invoice obviously shows the product name, e.g. Team Plan.

We are changing our pricing so we will now have 2 products and 3 prices. Standard which is variable tiers. Enteprrise which is fixed per month and enterprise annual is which is fixed per year.

I dont want to duplicate all 3 just to show Team Plan on an invoice. I deally I would like all our customers to be on one of those 3 plans.

But i want to show on an invoice that a customer is on a team. The reason for this is the team woner is billed for all users inthe team, so we just want to be clear why their bill is higher.

Is there a way to amend the invoice wording, or add a description or line item?

if that doesn't work for you, they you'll need to duplicate the Product/Price as you mentioned
