What Stripe Product are you using Exactly ? Is it Checkout Session or Elements ?

We are using stripe connect with express Accounts and I generate the checkout sessions for subscriptions via the api to generate the checkout URL.
So it is the stripe hosted checkout if that is what you mean

Checkout Session don't support restrcition on billing address countries, it support just shipping countries restrictions:

So the only option I'm seeing is using Radar
You can configure Radar rules to apply by destination account Id:

ok thank you, than i will first check, if the shipping address is a possible check for us and if not will look more into stripe radar.
