There isn't a way to test failed bank transfer because if in a real scenario a bank transfer fails, Stripe will not be aware. It will be on the customer doing the bank transfer to check with their bank.

How about this event? Will this be triggered on failed bank transfer?

No, because we will not know that the transfer failed. Because you are using collection_method: send_invoice the Invoice will just become overdue.
