That one event that failed because I deleted the customer before I deleted the subscription (won't work with our business logic)
all others are succeeding
yes mysteriously this Error Rate is going up, not down (was at 2.25% a few days ago)
webhook ID: we_1PxZT8A231bzpnwRENt0AuMY
Hi there
I looked at delivery failures for the event you shared above (evt_1QhlxTA231bzpnwRWKM0cidY). It looks like your endpoint is responding with a 500 error, and the response body is {"message":"Customer does not have a firebase UID"}
This event was retried over 3 days, and then we stopped
Yes, my question is if the error has stopped, and I've had a few hundred successes since then
why is the error rate going up not down, the ratio of successes to errors shold be going the opposite direction
We'll retry any failed event deliveries for up to 3 days so the uptick could be short lived while it accounts for all of the retries
So I'm assuming this chart / % is not real time or totally accurate
because yesterday it was at 2.5%, but I have not any errors since then
That's a reasonable explanation to me but I'm not an expert on the graphs we show in the Dashboard. If this continue to tick up or if you don't see this leveling out and/or decreasing as expected, I recommend reaching out to our Support team: https://support.stripe.com/contact/
