we are using stripe ios sdk
for cards and bank accounts we are creating a subscription on the backend side

Of course. Those are Stripe Subscriptions as any other, not App Store subscriptions.

Management URL is a page where customers can manage their Subscription, a link to which will be displayed to them by Apple.
