We are planning to migrate to bank transfer, but to enable bank transfer in live mode, we were suggested to deprecate using sources API in ACH Credit transfer.
We cannot stop supporting ACH credit abruptly and migrate all our customres to US Bank transfer immediately.
I want to know if customer_balance will work in intents even if bank transfers is not enabled at Stripe? The behaviour is different in test and live mode for this APM at Stripe 😐

you need to contact https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true I'm not sure that we're still allowing ACH credit transfer in live mode

We have got an extension from Stripe, and its still supported for our platform account.
