Hi, unfortunately, my team doesn't know much about payout times, etc.

But what do you mean by "I cant make a API request."?

because i available balance is 0 thus i cant payout to connect,

my situation is, i charge a user deducting my platform fee and sending the rest to freelancer connect account. and once the user confrim his service, i want to payout to freelancer.

but in sandbox the money is taking time to become available, today i can see the money is Instantly available to pay but available to pay is still 0

Are they because i manualy payout will always be Instantly available to payout and is there a different API endpoint i use to payout for manual payout express account.

if you're using the Separate Charges and Transfers then you can pass the source_transaction https://docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers?platform=web&ui=elements#transfer-availability

But my payout can be delay i want to manually do that. let me brifely describe my situaiton.

i have client and Freelancer.

Client post a project, and freelancer apply on it ... once client accept a applicaiton i charge client, deduct my platform fee and and send rest to connect account. with checkout/session end point.

i get my platform fee, and i can see the money in Available soon for my freelancer account.

the problem is, How how can i now make the manual payout to my freelancer.

I thought maybe it will take some time for money to get to Available to payout but its updating ,

Today i can see, the money is on Available to instant payout ... how long will it take for money in my connect account to get to Available to payout so i can make a manual payout to Freelancer

Thanks sir, but what if my connect account is not elegible for instant payout, why the fund are not becoming Available to payout how much time it will take for funds to become available sir
