I can see in the Tax Forms UI these have been marked "Accepted" as the filing status; and I can see their "Last Updated" is within the last 24 hours
I would have expected that to trigger a tax.form.updated webhook event

ok, i don't know for certain if this corresponds to one of your examples you shared because the ID types are different, but here's an example event that wasn't delivered (sharing for posterity and my future reference): evt_1QiGo2IoW8yrs9K679eTlaA4
FYI it does look like you have two webhooks set up to send to the same URL. so even if this were working properly you would be getting duplicates. still looking into why this isn't sending but it might be worth deduplicating on your side

Yeah we made the 2nd one because we thought maybe it was due to the API version on the first of 2020-03-02 . If we get the events working we will definitely delete the duplicate

ok, digging a little further into this it looks like this is still a beta feature (which i should have noticed from the API version you sent earlier). usually those are supported by the team who owns them which means i unfortunately may not be able to get you an answer in this case. do you have a contact you were given for beta support perchance?
