Have you clone the PaymentMethod to the Connected Account then you need to attach it to a Customer on the Connected Account to be able to reuse it.

context: we are planing to move some of our payments from a platform account to a connect account and are planning to do in 2 stages. Move new payments first and then saved payments. As part of this plan, we are devising some failover plans and if we choose to not go ahead with the move half way then we need to move all those customers from connect back to platform account. Hence the question

we are able to clone and use in connect account. No issues with that

Just make sure you attach to a Customer on the platform first.

also ahve another question. If I tokenize a payment method first in connect account, then can I move it to platform account later?

No you can only clone from platform --> Connected Account
