Ah sorry I forgot -- that only displays the payment_method property if it is a saved PaymentMethod being displayed...
You would have to use Address Element if you want this data client-side prior to confirmation: https://docs.stripe.com/elements/address-element

Hmm I see, curious if you know of any better way to do what I'm trying to do... I'd like to charge a different amount depending on the location in the card form (we'd like to pass along fees)
Was going to update the payment intent before finalizing the submission based on the location
