Hmmm I'm a bit confused -- are you saying the Subscription canceled at this point?
What do you mean by "can't find his sub"?
Hmm, sorry. I mean yes subscription was cancelled when he should pay because no payment method.
And then when he buys subscription next time I want to charge him for previous not paid invoice (when sub was cancelled)
And then im not sure how to find this invoice. its possible? (invoice, not subscription, sorry for mistake)
Yeah you should still be able to retrieve the canceled Subscription and look at the latest_invoice: https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/object#subscription_object-latest_invoice

You may need to adjust your Billing Settings so that it leaves this Invoice as past_due instead of marking it uncollectible
