Hi there, are you a customer purchased something from a website that uses Stripe for accepting payments?
If you are, and you want to file a dispute, you should contact your issuing bank after the transaction is posted.
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
I already tried that. They said to contact the company to stop the transaction.
The company says that they can't stop the transaction and to contact you.
Your website does not have any way for me to file a dispute or send an email to any support staff.
I have a utility bill that will be pulling automatically in about 12 hours that will over draft my account if this transaction is not stopped and refunded before that.
the transaction was not authorized.
Only your issuing bank can help you with dispute, I'd recommend you contact them again after the transaction is posted.
I can't wait for days for it to post as it has already taken the money from my account. It WILL over draft and i WILL be charged an extra fee.
I need your company (stripe) to stop the transaction.
Hi. I wish I could help, but this chat is focused on developers and technical questions. Our support team will be able to assist you better than I can: https://support.stripe.com/contact

I already tried that link. It only works for those that have accounts with stripe (aka businesses).
There is no way for consumers to contact stripe on the website.
There's nothing I can help here. You can
- Reach out to the merchant and ask them to issue you a refund
- File a dispute with your issuing bank once the transaction is posted
I already tried both.
If you can't send a message to the correct support staff then that means that stripe as a company is in violation of both international law as well as US federal law.
This means that stripe is not legally allowed to charge ANY person living inside the USA, Canada, Europe, or the UK.
