I followed the process outlined on "https://docs.stripe.com/payments/checkout/customization/policies#:~:text=Collect a terms of service agreement&text=Checkout helps you collect the,accept your terms before paying.&text=When consent_collection.,customer's terms of service agreement." i just dont know how to create a session to enable it

i want this embeded when i create a new subscription or payment link directly thorugh stripe. not necassarily on my site.

If you are using Payment Links then you need to create the Payment Link with that consent collection set, see: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-link/create#create_payment_link-consent_collection
